I'm renting the Nikon D800 through Tuesday, and you bet I'll be taking about a trillion pictures while I have it! The itch to get a full-frame camera is stronger than ever.

We had a couple of errands in downtown McKinney yesterday, so of course I brought the camera along. I found this cute loading dock and gave Kate a lollipop from Mom & POPcorn. She was kept busy and contained - a perfect shooting situation!

we're still here...

My camera is suddenly having focus issues, and I'm sending it in to Nikon for service soon. That's why the blog's been super quiet this month... without photos, I don't have much to say! :)

We have a big weekend coming up... lots of family in town and Caroline's first birthday party on Sunday. My baby's almost one...
